1. Do you ship to the United Kingdom?

Yes. Gionetto offers free standard shipping to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes approximately 5–12 business days.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 2–4 business days for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.


3. How do I request a return or exchange?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@gionetto.com
All returns within the UK are free of charge, and our support team will send you a prepaid return label with full instructions.


4. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email once your refund has been completed.


5. Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes. Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or colour.
Simply mention your preferred option in your return email. If it’s out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact support@gionetto.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

No. All orders delivered within the United Kingdom include all necessary import and shipping costs —
you will not be charged additional duties upon delivery.
