Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During this time, our team carefully prepares and packages your items to ensure safe and secure delivery.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.

  • Please allow up to 2–4 business days for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

Currently, Gionetto ships only to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom.
