Returns & Refund Policy – Gionetto (United Kingdom)

At Gionetto, we value your trust and want you to feel completely confident with every purchase.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, in full compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify, all returned products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition;

  • Free from stains, odours, or visible signs of wear;

  • Whenever possible, returned in the original packaging with tags, manuals, or accessories included.

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Return requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@gionetto.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests must be made via email — returns requested through social media or third-party channels will not be processed.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Email address used at checkout;

  • Item(s) you wish to return;

  • Optional reason for return (to help us improve).

For verification purposes, we may request clear photos of the item before approving your return.

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label (free of charge) and full packaging and shipping instructions.
The label must be used within 14 days of issue; otherwise, the return authorisation may expire.

Our customer service team responds to all return requests within 24 business hours.


3. Preparing and Shipping Your Return

After receiving approval and the prepaid label:

  1. Place the product securely in the original packaging whenever possible.

  2. Attach the return label clearly to the outside of the parcel.

  3. Seal the package carefully to prevent damage in transit.

  4. Ship the parcel within 14 days of receiving the label.

We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage or a tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.

Free Return Shipping:
Gionetto covers all return shipping costs for orders within the United Kingdom.
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.


4. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return email.

If the desired size or colour is available, it will be shipped at no additional cost once your return is in transit or approved.
If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or colour.
To receive a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email support@gionetto.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue, your order number, and a short description.

Gionetto will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
We handle these claims with the highest priority to ensure your satisfaction.


6. Return Timeline Summary (UK Orders)

To make the return process clear and transparent, below is a simple overview of the standard timeframes for returns within the United Kingdom:

  • Request a return: must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Receive your prepaid return label: usually sent by email within 1–2 business days after contacting our customer service team.

  • Refund processed: within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team.

All return shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge, and our support team will keep you updated at every step of the process.


7. Refund Policy

7.1 Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival (usually within 2–5 business days).
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and approved.

Refunds are only issued for items that meet the conditions set out in this policy.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


7.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days from the date of return approval.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before funds appear in your account.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

  • Gionetto is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    Please retain your tracking number or proof of drop-off until your refund is confirmed.


8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact support@gionetto.com as soon as possible.
We can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned following this policy after delivery.
