Do you offer free shipping?

How can I track my order?

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. You can return any item for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets our return conditions (unworn, unused, with original tags attached). For full details, please review our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

How do I return an item?

To return an item:

  1. Contact us at support@gionetto.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
  4. Pack the item securely with all tags and packaging
  5. Attach the prepaid return label and drop off at the designated carrier location
  6. We will process your refund within 10–17 business days of receiving your return

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We provide a free prepaid return label for all eligible returns from the United Kingdom. You will not pay any return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes! We offer direct exchanges for size, colour, or style. Contact us at support@gionetto.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. Both return shipping and replacement shipping are free.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10–17 business days from the date we receive your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to credit your account.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@gionetto.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

Yes. Sale and discounted items are eligible for return and exchange under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout. Refunds are issued at the sale price paid.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

What currency are your prices in?
