Terms & Conditions – Gionetto

This website is operated by Gionetto. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Gionetto.
By accessing our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.


ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

Consumer: the natural person not acting for a trade or profession who enters into a contract with Gionetto.
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of Gionetto and the consumer, using remote communication.
Durable medium: any tool that allows the consumer to store information for future reference (e.g., email).
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel a contract within the cooling-off period.
Standard Shipping: Gionetto’s free shipping method available in the United States and United Kingdom, with estimated delivery times of 7–15 business days.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to every offer made by Gionetto and to every distance contract concluded between Gionetto and the consumer in the United States and United Kingdom.

Before the conclusion of any contract, these Terms will be made available to the consumer via our website.


ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

All offers on gionetto.com are non-binding and may be updated at any time.

Product descriptions and images are intended to be accurate; minor variations in color, size, or texture may occur.
Errors or omissions (including pricing mistakes) do not obligate Gionetto.

Each offer clearly indicates the price, shipping method, applicable taxes/duties, and the consumer’s rights.


ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

The contract is concluded once the consumer completes checkout and payment.

Upon order confirmation, the consumer receives an acknowledgment by email. Final acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

Gionetto reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or lack of stock.

Title and risk of the product pass to the consumer at delivery to the shipping address provided.


ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving their order.

Items must be unused or lightly tried, returned with original packaging whenever possible.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must contact Gionetto by email within the 30-day period.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of withdrawal notice.


ARTICLE 7 – COSTS OF RETURN

All returns are free of charge. Gionetto covers the return shipping costs for customers in the United States and United Kingdom.
Returns must be sent following the instructions provided by our support team.


ARTICLE 8 – REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Accepted payment methods on gionetto.com include:

  • Discover

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Amazon Pay

  • Shop Pay

Depending on the bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in the consumer’s account.


ARTICLE 9 – PRICE & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in USD ($) for the United States and GBP (£) for the United Kingdom.

Taxes, import duties, or local fees (if any) may apply depending on the customer’s country and are the responsibility of the consumer.
Payments must be made at checkout using the methods listed in Article 8.


ARTICLE 10 – DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Gionetto currently provides Standard Shipping – Free, 7 to 15 business days – to addresses in the United States and United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times may vary due to courier delays, local regulations, holidays, or events beyond our control.
Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.


ARTICLE 11 – CONFORMITY & WARRANTY

Gionetto guarantees that products comply with their descriptions and are fit for normal use.

Warranty covers factory defects only and does not apply to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or neglect.

If an item is defective or incorrect, consumers must notify Gionetto within 14 days of delivery.


ARTICLE 12 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints must be submitted clearly by email to support@gionetto.com within a reasonable time after discovery.

Gionetto will acknowledge and respond within 30 days.
If resolution requires more time, the consumer will be notified with an expected timeline.


ARTICLE 13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gionetto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence causing death or injury, or statutory consumer rights.


ARTICLE 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by:

  • The laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, for U.S. customers; and

  • The laws of England and Wales, for customers in the United Kingdom.

For consumers in both regions, all statutory consumer protection rights apply in addition to these Terms, and nothing here limits those rights.


ARTICLE 15 – CHANGES TO TERMS

Gionetto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting updates on gionetto.com.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
