This policy applies specifically to orders delivered in the United States and the United Kingdom.
1. Return Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality inspection (usually within 2–5 business days).
You will be notified via email once your return has been approved.
Refunds are only issued for items returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing typically takes up to 14 days from the date the returned item is received and approved.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed on our end.

If the carrier delays or misroutes your parcel, our support team will liaise directly with them to resolve the issue.
Please note: Gionetto is not responsible for lost or delayed returns caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
