Return Policy – Gionetto

This policy applies specifically to orders delivered in the United States and the United Kingdom.


1. Eligibility for Returns

At Gionetto, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition received.

  • Free from stains, odors, or visible signs of wear.

  • Whenever possible, in the original packaging with accessories, manuals, or tags included.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Please note: Gionetto does not accept returns on items marked as Final Sale, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@gionetto.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Item(s) you want to return

For quality control and training purposes, Gionetto may request photos of the item before approving the return.

Returns must be initiated only through our official email channel listed above. Requests made through social media or other third-party platforms will not be accepted.


3. Prepaid Return Labels

Once your request is approved, Gionetto will email you a prepaid return label in “download and print” format.

Instructions for packaging and dispatch will be included in the same email.

Return shipping is always free of charge in both the United States and the United Kingdom.

Prepaid labels must be used within 14 days of issue, otherwise the return authorization may expire.


4. Preparing and Shipping Your Return

  • Place the item(s) securely in the package.

  • Attach the prepaid return label clearly to the outside of the parcel.

  • Seal the parcel properly for safe transit.

  • Dispatch the return within 14 days of receiving the return label or approval.

  • We strongly recommend obtaining and keeping a proof of drop-off or tracking number until your refund or exchange has been completed.


5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, please mention this in your return request.

If the requested item is in stock, it will be shipped at no extra cost once your return is in transit or approved after inspection.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color. If you wish to change to a different style, please request a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@gionetto.com

Gionetto will cover all return costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
